Karotten-Souffle mit Kokosöl

Der süßliche Geschmack der Karotten in Kombination mit Kokosöl, Zimt und Vanille macht das Karotten-Soufflee zu einem absoluten Genuss.

Directions

  1. Die Karotten schälen, in Stücke schneiden und in der Brühe etwa 20 Minuten weich kochen.
  2. Ofen auf 180°C vorheizen.
  3. Die Karotten abtropfen lassen und im Mixer mit Kokosöl, Zitronensaft, Eiern, Salz, Zimt, Kokosmehl und gemahlener Vanille fein pürieren.
  4. Die Zwiebel würfeln und kurz mit pürieren.
  5. Die Masse in eine gefettete Auflaufform füllen und etwa 45-60 Minuten backen.
  6. Vor dem Servieren mit Zimt bestäuben.
