Kidneybohnen mit Ei

Eiweißreich.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Kidneybohnen abtropfen lassen. Zwiebeln fein hacken und im Öl anbraten.
  2. Tomatenmark dazu geben und kurz mitrösten. Anschließend die Kidneybohnen und etwas Wasser dazu geben und alles gut umrühren. Mit Salz, Pfeffer und wer mag Chili würzen.
  3. Die Eier in die Bohnenpfanne mit hineinschlagen und mit geschlossenem Deckel stocken lassen.

Super. Habe für mich nur die Portionsgrößes verändert und je nach Lust und Laune Tomaten, Paprika oder ähnliches hinzugefügt...
