Mediterraner Nudelsalat

Nudelsalat mit getrockneten Tomaten und Rucola.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Nudeln in Salzwasser bissfest kochen, inzwischen getrocknete Tomaten und Mozzarella in kleine Stücke schneiden, Rucola zerkleinern.
  2. Olivenöl, 100ml Wasser und der Gemüsebrühe verrühren.
  3. Alles vermengen und im Kühlschrank durchziehen lassen.
  4. Vor dem Servieren Pinienkerne in einer beschichteten Pfanne ohne Fettzugabe hellbraun anrösten und in den Salat geben.
