Shirataki-Nudel Salat

Ein Nudelsalat aus kalorienarmen Shirataki-Nudeln mit Gemüse und Thunfisch.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Alle Zutaten für das Dressing verrühren. (Kokosmilch, Fischsauce, Sojasauce, Sambal Olek, Süßstoff). Mit Salz und Pfeffer nach Belieben würzen.
  2. Möhren raspeln und zum Dressing hinzufügen.
  3. Thunfisch mit Saft hinzufügen.
  4. Shirataki Nudeln aus dem Beutel holen, abtropfen lassen und zweimal in kochendem Wasser "waschen". Abtropfen lassen und mit den restlichen Zutaten hinzufügen.
  5. Gut vermengen und ggf. nachwürzen. Warm oder kalt servieren.
