Insalata Leggera, Estiva con Frutta

Ottima e leggera. Gustosa, dolcissima, ricca di fibre ed a basso contenuto calorico, senza alcun tipo di condimento.

Directions

  1. Lavare la frutta.
  2. Sbucciare la mela.
  3. Tagliare metà di una fetta normale di melone giallo, tagliare il picciolo delle fragole.
  4. Tagliare tutta la frutta a dadini.
  5. Tagliare a fette i pomodorini.
  6. Riempire la vaschetta con i cuori di lattuga e aggiungere la frutta ed i pomodorini tagliati a pezzetti.
