Nudel-Spinat-Auflauf

Nudel-Auflauf mit Tomaten und Hähnchen.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Nudeln kochen.
  2. Fleisch garen.
  3. Zwiebeln würfeln, anschwitzen.
  4. Frischkäse bei schwacher Hitze hinzufügen und schmelzen lassen.
  5. Parmesan, 60 g Gratinkäse, griechischer Joghurt, Milch unterrühren bis alles gut vermischt ist.
  6. Spinat zubereiten.
  7. Tomaten in Würfel schneiden.
  8. Nudeln, Hähnchenfleisch, Tomaten und Spinat grob miteinander in einer Auflaufform vermengen, Soße rübergießen und die restlichen 60g Gratinkäse über die Masse streuen und bei 200°C 30 Minuten backen.
