Directions
- Découpez le concombre en petits dés et mettre dans une passoire pour dégorger les concombres (environ 20 minutes).
- Découpez le saumon en dés, et mélangez avec le concombre dans un saladier avec le jus du demi citron pressé et le reste des ingrédients.
- Assaisonnez (sel, poivre, ciboulette) et laissez reposer au frais 30 min. Dégustez.
