Gemüse-Hack-Curry

Curry mit reis.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Reis kochen.
  2. Lauch, Möhren, Sellerie putzen und klein schneiden.
  3. Zwiebeln würfeln, anbraten und dann das Hack hinzufügen, krümelig braten.
  4. Mit Salz und Pfeffer würzen.
  5. Gemüse mit anbraten und mit curry würzen.
  6. Brühe hinzufügen und 10 Minuten schmoren lassen.
  7. Mit Reis und Joghurt dazu servieren.
