- Pulire e tagliare tutte le verdure, metterle a cuocere nella pentola (meglio la wok) con acqua sufficiente a coprirle, cotte le verdure aggiustare di sale qb e mettere i Noodles, prima eventualmente aggiungere acqua calda fino alla consistenza desiderata, lasciarli cuocere e servire.
