Quiche aux Épinards et aux Champignons

Une délicieuse quiche.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Dans un bol, mélanger la ricotta et la moutarde. Mettre sur la pâte.
  2. Mélanger les épinards (égouttés) avec la noix de muscade, sel et poivre. Couvrir la ricotta avec le mélange. Ajouter les champignons sans pieds.
  3. Dans un saladier, fouetter les oeufs avec la crème fraîche. Saler, poivrer. Verser sur les champignons.
  4. Enfourner à 200°C, cuire 35 à 40mn.
