Quiche aux Épinards et aux Champignons
Une délicieuse quiche.
Ingredients
Directions
- Dans un bol, mélanger la ricotta et la moutarde. Mettre sur la pâte.
- Mélanger les épinards (égouttés) avec la noix de muscade, sel et poivre. Couvrir la ricotta avec le mélange. Ajouter les champignons sans pieds.
- Dans un saladier, fouetter les oeufs avec la crème fraîche. Saler, poivrer. Verser sur les champignons.
- Enfourner à 200°C, cuire 35 à 40mn.
