Protein Pancake

Lowcarb Pancake mit hohem proteinanteil.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Alle Zutaten mixen, eventuell etwas Flüssigkeit hinzugeben. Ich benutze gern aromatisierten Tee (ca. 50ml). Eine Pfanne mit etwas Öl erhitzen und die Hälfte des Teiges hineingeben. Pancake Wenden sobald die Oberseite "fest" wird. Auf mittlerer Hitze von beiden Seiten goldgelb Braten und anschließend den zweiten Pancake zubereiten.
  2. Zur kalorienreduzierung können die Mandeln weggelassen werden und Joghurt mit 0,1% Fett genommen werden.
