Cranberry Relish

Zesty relish to serve with meat or added to jello or mayo.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Wash cranberries and discard underripe or overripe berries.
  2. Chop whole orange, including rind, into small pieces.
  3. Mix cranberries and orange. Chop in small batches in blender or food processor.
  4. Add sweetener (like Equal) to 1/4 cup (4 oz). Add more to taste if necessary.
  5. Refrigerate overnight. Can be frozen.
