Directions

  1. Coloque numa pequena caçarola cerca de 400ml de leite magro.
  2. Adicione 100g de Flocos de Aveia.
  3. Deixe cozinhar um pouco.
  4. Adicione uma colher de sopa de mel.
  5. Sirva e delicie-se.
  6. Se preferir pode polvilhar com canela em pó ou acrescentar enquanto coze, 2 ou 3 cascas de limão.
