Soupe de Potimarron

Soupe toute simple de potimarron.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Couper le potimarron (avec la peau) et les carottes en cubes.
  2. Mettre les légumes dans une casserole avec le cube de bouillon. Couvrir d'eau.
  3. Cuire 20 à 30 min. Piquer les légumes pour vérifier la cuisson. Retirer ou non un peu d'eau selon la consistance souhaitée. Mixer (mixeur plongeant). Peut-être agrémentée de lait coco, huile de noix, châtaignes, graines.
