Gratinado de Zapallo Italiano y Espinaca
Es un budin de verduras al horno.
Ingredients
Directions
- Rallar el zapallo italiano y dejar que escurra el exceso de agua, lavar y picar la espinaca.
- Dorar el tocino y descartar el exceso de grasa. Mezclar todos los ingredientes y unir con el huevo. Salpimentar a gusto.
- Aceitar una fuente y depositar la mezcla, espolvorear con queso parmesano. Meter al horno a fuego alto por 15 o 20 minutos hasta que el queso se derrita.
