Leinsamen/Sesam Knaeckebrot

LowCarb Knaeckebrot.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Das Ei in eine Schuessel aufschlagen, mit einer Prise Salz vermischen, Sesam ungeschaelt (10g), 25g gemahlener Leinsamen, 35g ganzer Leinsamen hinzugeben und zu einem Teig verruehren.
  2. Den Teig fuer 5-10 Minuten ruhen lassen, dann so duenn wie moeglich auf ein Backblech(+ Backpapier) streichen.
  3. Backen bei 170 Grad fuer 12-15 Minuten. Ofenwarm in Stuecke schneiden. Fertig.
  4. Man kann den Teig auch noch mit Parmesan verfeinern.
