Leinsamen/Sesam Knaeckebrot
LowCarb Knaeckebrot.
Ingredients
Directions
- Das Ei in eine Schuessel aufschlagen, mit einer Prise Salz vermischen, Sesam ungeschaelt (10g), 25g gemahlener Leinsamen, 35g ganzer Leinsamen hinzugeben und zu einem Teig verruehren.
- Den Teig fuer 5-10 Minuten ruhen lassen, dann so duenn wie moeglich auf ein Backblech(+ Backpapier) streichen.
- Backen bei 170 Grad fuer 12-15 Minuten. Ofenwarm in Stuecke schneiden. Fertig.
- Man kann den Teig auch noch mit Parmesan verfeinern.
