Leckere Suppe vom Kürbis für kalte Tage.

Directions

  1. Möhren, zwiebeln und kürbis in würfel schneiden und anschließend in etwas butter ankochen. Danach die gemüsebrühe unterrühren und ca 20 min aufkochen. Danach pürieren und die kokosmilch unterrühren. noch 10 min kochen lassen und nach belieben würzen.
