I enjoyed this stew. While making it, I decided to add a can of Tomato Soup because the amount of liquid was so low. Maybe that is what is missing.

Really enjoyed this easy recipe. I have trouble finding recipes that my husband also enjoys. This meal he liked and I will prepare it again.

This is great for Weight Watchers Diet, definitly has low points. I just think it's missing something, needs more flavor.
