Kartoffelpuffer

Kartoffelpuffer selbstgemacht.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Zwiebel schälen und raspeln. Kartoffel schälen und auch raspeln, zusammen mit dem Ei und dem Mehl zu einem glatten Teig vermischen.
  2. Olivenöl in einer Pfanne heiß machen und Teig mit einer Kelle in die Pfanne geben, von jeder Seite goldgelb braten und auf einem Teller mit Zewapapier entfetten.
  3. Dazu passt sehr gut entweder ein frischer Blattsalat oder eben selbstgemachtes Apfelmus.
