Schmorkohl

Geschmorter Weißkohl vegetarisch.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Kohl und Zwiebel klein schneiden (Zwiebel in kleine Würfel).
  2. Butterschmalz in einem Topf oder einer Schmorpfanne erhitzen. Die Zwiebelwürfel kurz andünsten, dann den Kohl dazugeben. Und kräftig umrühren.
  3. Nach und nach etwas Wasser angießen. Das ganze mit Salz, Pfeffer, Liebstöckel und Kümmel würzen.
  4. Nun das Tomatenmark zugeben. Zwischendurch gut rühren. Dann alles schmoren lassen, bis der Kohl weich ist.
