Spiralnudeln-Gratin mit Schinken

Ein Nudelauflauf.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Nudeln nach Packungsanweisung kochen.
  2. Möhren schälen, waschen. Zwiebeln abziehen. Beides sowie den Schinken würfeln.
  3. Zwiebeln, Möhren und Erbsen in Margarine ca 10 Minuten andünsten. Mit Nudeln und Schinken in eine Auflaufform geben. Ja nach Auflaufform einfetten.
  4. Frischkäse, Milch und Ei mit einander verquirlen mit Salz, Pfeffer und Thymian würzen.
  5. Käse mit Creme Line mischen und darüberstreuen.
  6. Im Backofen 180° ca. 30-40 Minuten garen.
