Steckrübenauflauf

Schmackhaft und ebenso gesund.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Steckrübe für zehn Minuten in Gemüsebrühe dünsten, Rausfischen und in die Auflaufform schichten.
  2. Für die Soße: Sojamilch natur, hab noch Philadelphia-Kräuterfrischkäse gehabt und mit in die Soße gerührt, mit Thymian, Salz und Pfeffer, je nach Geschmack abschmecken.
  3. Steckrüben in Auflaufform schichten und mit Soße übergießen, Mozzarella zum schluss drauflegen, Parmesan drüberstreuen und überbacken bei 200 Grad etwa 20-25 Minuten.
