Rote Beete-Möhren-Pfanne

Leckeres Gemüsepfanne mit Rote Bete.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Zwiebeln kleinschneiden und mit Knoblauch im Olivenöl anbraten.
  2. Möhren putzen und in grobe Stücke schneiden. Rote Beete in ca 5 mm Scheiben schneiden und dazu geben. Würzen mit Salz, Pfeffer, Kreuzkümmel, Koriander...oder je nach Geschmack. Man kann auch je nach Geschmack ein paar Pilze reinmachen.
  3. Alles etwa 30 Minuten bei geschlossenem Deckel dünsten.
