Leckeres Rezept zum selber machen.

Directions

  1. Gelatine wie auf der Verpackung angegeben zubereiten.
  2. Proteinpulver mit der Milch im Mixer vermischen.
  3. Dann Gelatine ebenfalls in den Mixer schütten und alles ordentlich durchmischen.
  4. Dann Masse in Schälchen füllen und kalt stellen.
  5. TIPP: Für den Geschmack ruhig Proteinpulver mit Geschmacksrichtung nehmen. Oder dann Vanillearoma.
