Cauliflower Fritters with Bacon
These tasty fritters make a great snack or lunchtime meal.
Ingredients
Directions
- Steam cauliflower until fork tender. Rinse in cold water and drain very well in a colander for about 10 minutes. Mash to a course pulp.
- Whilst cauliflower is steaming, sauté bacon bits and onion until done and allow to cool. Then mix all other ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Add the mashed cauliflower and mix well.
- Divide mixture into 6 equal portions and fry in oil.
- Serve with a garnish of your choice.
