Directions

  1. Bate la mantequilla en pomada con el azúcar en un cuenco hasta que la mezcla quede ligera y esponjosa. Incorpora el huevo batido.
  2. Tamiza la harina e incorpórala, mezclando bien hasta obtener una pasta con todos los ingredientes bien integrados.
  3. Extiende la masa sobre una superficie ligeramente enharinada, con la ayuda de un rodillo y corta las formas que desees.
  4. Hornea las galletas en el horno precalentado a 190º C durante 10-12 minutos, hasta que se doren un poco. Al sacarlas, déjalas enfriar sobre una rejilla.
