Directions
- Preheat oven to 175 °C. Use a non-stick muffin pan or use a spray oil to lightly grease muffin pan.
- Chop vegetables. Put aside.
- Cook ground turkey. Put aside.
- Whisk eggs, egg whites and water together.
- Combine egg mixture, vegetables and turkey together. Add in any spices you desire.
- Spoon into muffin tins.
- Put in oven and bake for roughly 30-35 minutes.
