Directions

  1. Die Banane zudrücken und alle zutaten zusammen rühren. Das Kokosöl auflösen und dazugeben und vorsichtig das Kokos Mehl zum Schluss langsam.
  2. Dann bei schwacher hitze von beiden seiten 4-5 min braten.
  3. Wer möchte mit Früchte Joghurt warm servieren.
