- Die Banane zudrücken und alle zutaten zusammen rühren. Das Kokosöl auflösen und dazugeben und vorsichtig das Kokos Mehl zum Schluss langsam.
- Dann bei schwacher hitze von beiden seiten 4-5 min braten.
- Wer möchte mit Früchte Joghurt warm servieren.
