Hearty pasta with onions, cabbage, mushrooms and bell peppers.
Ingredients
Directions
- Cook and drain the pasta.
- Chop all vegetables.
- Slowly heat the olive oil.
- Add vegetables and cook until soft.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- To serve, add vegetables on top of freshly cooked pasta...yummy!

I will prepare this again, but since I am not a big fan of peppers, I will compensate with extra cabbage next time. Also, I will add diced tomatoes to add zest, antioxidants and moisture to this dish -- tasty.

Thank you for this recipe, noswitchbacks. I prepared this as a side dish for my husband and as a dinner for myself. IF.....AND ONLY IF YOU USE THE DREAMFILEDS PASTA.
I GET IT AT FOOD LION, BUT CHECK WITH YOUR GROCER TO SEE IF THE WOULD STOCK IT. IT TASTS NO DIFFERENT THAN ORDINARY FULL CARB PASTA. :)
