Gazpacho de Sandía

La receta es muy sencilla y más refrescante que el gazpacho tradicional.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Se cortan en trozos los tomates, pimientos, cebolla, ajo y sandía (a ésta se le quitan las pepitas lo posible que sea).
  2. Se pasa por la batidora los tomates, pimiento, cebolla y ajo y se tritura. Opcional colar lo resultante (nunca hacerlo con la sandía pues quita textura al gazpacho).
  3. Una vez terminado de triturar, se añade la sandía, aceite, sal y vinagre y se termina de batir todo. Dejar enfriar y servir con trocitos de jamón.
