- Schollenfilet in ganz kleine Würfel schneiden (Fleischwolf wäre noch besser), Ei dazu, Volkorn toastie und Zwiebel in kleine Würfel schneiden, Salz, Pfeffer, Dill oder je nach Geschmack würzen.
- Öl erhitzen in Pfanne und Frikadellen bei mittlerer Hitze goldbraun anbraten, vorsichtig wenden.
- Auf Küchenpapier das restliche Öl abtupfen und dazu einen leckeren Salat, herrlich, Guten Appetit.
