Cinnamon Toast

Simple cinnamon toast helps curb that craving for something buttery and sweet.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Toast a slice of whole wheat or low calorie bread.
  2. Spray with any brand of spray butter.
  3. Mix together cinnamon and sweetener (like Equal or Splenda).
  4. Sprinkle cinnamon mixture over toast.

No one said it was for fat flush anyway did they?

well techically you don't have to be so technical. this is a good recipe for phase 2 or 3 since it is whole wheat bread. you can use splenda for the sweetner and maybe add some berries.

Cheerup grump is right on! So the substitute is fresh apple chunks sprinkled with cinnamon. yummo!

Well technically the only sweeterer allowed is stevia plus, and technically the spray butter is not allowed and technically I think ezekiel bread is only allowed on phase 2 not phase 1 so technically I would have to say this recipe is not good for the fat flush plan phase 1.
