Directions
- Paprikaschoten in Stücke schneiden, Champignons halbieren.
- Das Öl in der Pfanne erhitzen, Putenfleisch scharf anbraten, würzen, aus der Pfanne nehmen und warm stellen.
- Im Bratfett Paprika und Pilze kurz anbraten, mit der Gemüsebrühe ablöschen, mit Majoran würzen und ca. 15 Min. garen.
- Fleisch mit Sauce und gekochten Reis zum Gemüse geben und weitere 5 Min. mit garen.
