Hamburger Casserole

Easy to prepare family casserole that is similar to halupki or cabbage rolls.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 400 °F (200 °C).
  2. Cook beef, garlic, and onion in skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until beef is browned. Drain.
  3. Stir in cooked rice, pepper, soup and water.
  4. Place shredded cabbage or coleslaw mix in an ungreased 2 quart casserole dish.
  5. Spoon beef mixture over coleslaw/shredded cabbage.
  6. Cover and bake for 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
