Arroz Coliflor

Sustituto de arroz bajo en carbohidratos y saludable.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Trocear la coliflor y procesar o rallar. Dejar de lado.
  2. En una sartén, poner el aceite a calentar y sofreír la cebolla junto a la zanahoria. Pasados un par de minutos, añadir los guisantes y las salchichas troceadas.
  3. Saltear todo y cuando la salchicha esté prácticamente cocida, añadir el arroz de coliflor. Rehogar.
  4. Añadir poco a poco el caldo. Cocinar la coliflor durante 7-8 min aproximadamente.
  5. Retirar del fuego y añadir el parmesano rallado. Integrar en el arroz. Servir caliente.
