Brokkoli Suppe

Leckere Suppe.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Zwiebeln und Lauch klein schneiden.
  2. Beides in Topf anbraten. Inzwischen den Brokkoli in kleine Röschen schneiden.
  3. Brühe und Brokkoli in Topf zu angebratenen Zwiebel/Lauch zufügen.
  4. Alles 20 min kochen lassen.
  5. Topf vom Herd nehmen und mit Pürierstab pürieren. Halbe Flasche Cremfine und Pfeffer und Salz und Muskat hinzugeben.
