Veganes Bananenbrot

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 3 Bananen mit einer Gabel zerdrücken.
  2. Alle trockenen Zutaten mischen und in einer Küchenmaschine verarbeiten.
  3. Zerdrückte Bananen und alle anderen restlichen Zutaten hinzufügen.
  4. Den Teig in eine Kastenform mit Backpapier geben und die restliche Banane halbieren und leicht andrücken.
  5. Bei 180 °C ca. 30-40 backen.
