Judías Pintas con Arroz y Chorizo
Una receta súper buena y muy fácil de hacer.
Ingredients
Directions
- Picamos por separado en la picadora la cebolla, el ajo y la zanahoria. Sofreímos en la cazuela.
- Añadimos el chorizo y sofreímos un poco más.
- Añadimos las judías previamente lavadas y escurridas, lo removemos, le echamos el pimentón y volvemos a remover.
- Echamos agua, la pastilla de caldo de carne, seguidamente añadimos el arroz y la hoja de laurel, lo dejamos cocer 17 min y listo!
