Rare Roast Beef Salad with Mustard Mayonnaise

A yummy salad for Phase 1 of the South Beach diet.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Combine olive oil, lemon juice, chives, capers, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Whisk together until well blended.
  2. Combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl. Stir until well blended.
  3. Divide the remaining ingredients among 6 serving plates.
  4. Spoon the dressing over and place a tablespoon of mayonnaise in the center of each salad.
