These grapes taste just like a candy treat.
Ingredients
Directions
- Mix together grapes and any flavor of dry Jello mix in a bag and shake to coat the grapes.
- Put bag in the freezer until the grapes are frozen and enjoy!

This is great - except I think 2 cups of grapes = 1 serving is a little excessive... However, they taste amazing and have a low point value for those on WW

i love grapes and my husband doesnt and you can only have so many grapes and i hate for them to go bad so this is great way to have your fruit and sweet too mandy

I don't think you are supposed to have jello or pudding on the GI diet because of the cornstarch agents...but I'm thinking of using a SugarFree lemonade mix to try this with
