Sweet Thai Chili Dipping Sauce

A sauce that's sweet with heat.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mix boiling water and sweetener and set aside to cool.
  2. In a blender, add the pepper, chili, garlic, salt and 1/4 of the sweetener liquid and blend until smooth.
  3. Mix in the rest of the liquid.
  4. Note: the sauce can be thickened with xanthan gum.
