Mexican Quiche

An easy savory low calorie quiche.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 375 °F (190 °C).
  2. Wisk eggs into a large mixing bowl, add salsa, cheese, milk, onions and ham. Mix all ingredients.
  3. Bake for 40 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean.
  4. Cool for 15 minutes.
