Black and Blue Cheeseburger Salad

A lunch time salad that uses leftovers.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Tear romaine lettuce into bite sized pieces.
  2. Crumble cold hamburger patty onto lettuce. Add remaining ingredients and top with salsa.
  3. Note: also know as black'n'bleu cheeseburger salad.

Awesome combination! I used vegetarian ground meat instead and put it on the salad right after I cooked it so it was still warm-I don't know why it's listed as having so many carbs when there isn't much to the salad with carbs, so for those of us who can eat actual food-this is delicious :-P
