Risotto alle Fragole

Risotto primaverile gustoso.

Directions

  1. Affettare il cipollotto, lavare e tagliuzzare le fragole. Su un tegame scaldare 2 cucchiai di olio, soffriggere il cipollotto, e versarvi le fragole cuocerle fino a sfaldarle, se occorre sfumare con il vino bianco. Aggiungere il riso, salare e cuocere normalmente versando del brodo non appena si assorbe. Per la mantecatura finale consiglio un cucchiaio di yogurt greco e 1 di parmigiano.
