Zoodles con Ajo, Gambas y Guindilla

Espaguetis de calabacín.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Lavar los calabacines, pelar el ajo y picarlo bien fino.
  2. Cortar el calabacín en tiras a lo largo (SIMULANDO ESPAGUETIS) con una mandolina.
  3. Saltear en aceite las gambas, el ajo y la Cayena a fuego vivo durante 5 minutos.
  4. Añadir el calabacín y saltear dos min.
  5. Salpimentar y servir.

cuanto seria el peso en gms. de una porcion de este plato, tambien creo que un plato cetogénico seria 70% grasa, 20% proteina y carbohidratos 10%. Tambien me gustaria saber la razon de 3.1g de azúcar según el Inf. Nutricional, gracias
