Muffin mela Avena e Cannella

Directions

  1. Sbucciare e grattugiare la mela in una ciotola. Aggiungere qualche goccia di limone, poi l'uovo, l'olio, il latte e mescolare a mano con una frusta.
  2. In un'altra ciotola mescolare gli ingredienti secchi.
  3. Unire tutti gli ingredienti. L'impasto dovrà essere morbido. Se fosse troppo compatto aggiungere qualche cucchiaio di latte. Mescolare bene fino ad ottenere un impasto morbido e senza grumi di farina.
  4. Versare l'impasto in dodici pirottini di carta per muffin e infornare per 20/25 minuti a 180 gradi C in forno preriscaldato.
