Thai Sweet & Sour Stir Fried Pork

Delicious stir fried pork recipe with numerous veggies and flavors.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Slice pork into thin strips.
  2. Heat oil in large wok and add the finely sliced garlic.
  3. Add pork once garlic is golden and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes. Then add sliced onion.
  4. Season with fish sauce, sugar, and ground black pepper. Stir in cilantro.
  5. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until pork is cooked through and onion browned.
  6. Add all the vegetables sliced longways (cucumber, red pepper, scallions and small wedged tomatoes).
  7. Add pineapple chunks and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes. Enjoy!
