Möhrensalat mal anders.

Directions

  1. Möhre und Apfel schälen und in gewünschter Größe raspeln, etwas Wasser dazu, Zitronensaft, mit Süssstoff abschmecken, ein wenig Öl dazu, durchmengen, kurz durchziehen lassen, fertig.
  2. Süße und Säure sollten harmonisch sein, daher vorsichtig mit dem Süssstoff umgehen.
