- Dourar a cebola éo alho na manteiga. Colocar o presunto picado para dar uma refogada. Acrescentar o creme de leite e deixar engrossar um pouco. Colocar o sal, pimenta e orégano a gosto.
- Montagem: metade do molho acima, metade do palmito, metade da mussarela.
- Outra metade do molho. Outra metade do palmito. E finalizar com a mussarela e orégano por cima. Micro por 7 minutos.
