  1. Bata o ovo inteiro sozinho.
  2. Adicione uma colher de sopa de goma de tapioca e uma colher de sopa de cacau em pó e misture bem.
  3. Unte uma frigideira grande e em fogo baixo despeje todo o conteúdo. Deixe até dourar, vire para dourar o outro lado. Está pronto. Pode servir puro ou com geléia. Rende uma porção grande ou duas pequenas.
